From Macpherson to Casey: The Culture Shift with Dr Leroy Logan

Leroy spoke at the Herbert Smith Freehills LLP Black Employee Network event on 22nd May to mark Stephen Lawrence Day.

Drawing on his vast experience, he shared insight on cultural change from the inside and the barriers faced by Black individuals and other minority groups. He also discussed the importance of a diverse workforce to serve the needs of our clients.
